There will not be a budget vote meeting on December 19th. There were no objections to the preliminary budget therefore it was passed during the public hearing held on December 5.
Flexible Public Transit Service Survey: The Town of Pelham was recently awarded a Clean Mobility Grant through the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). The program aims to increase access to zero-emission, shared transportation options across New York State communities. The Town of Pelham will leverage this opportunity to develop a plan for adding an electric, flexible public transit service to the current transit network. This new service may provide flexible public transit vehicles at common pick-up/drop-off points or allow for scheduled home pick up with electric cars, minibuses, small shuttles, vans, or other options.
