A LOCAL LAW TO ESTABLISH A SUSTAINABLE ENERGY LOAN PROGRAM (OPEN C-PACE) IN THE TOWN OF PELHAM

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Pelham will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 7:00pm at Town Hall, 34 Fifth Avenue Pelham, NY, on said Sustainable Energy Loan Program (Open C-Pace) and at this hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the proposed local law as compiled; or, against any items contained therein.
