The Town of Pelham, dating back to 1650, is currently comprised of four members (Councilors) and a Supervisor. In addition, one Town Board member is designated Deputy Supervisor. All staff, designated or elected, consists of the Assistant to the Supervisor, Comptroller and ten departments. Each department serves a specific function and consists of the Town Clerk, Receiver of Taxes, Assessor, Courts (including Parking/Moving Violations), Town Engineer, Buildings, Senior Advocate, Historian, and Controller/Bookkeeper Staff located at 34 5th Avenue, Pelham.
