The general population of the Town of Pelham, a small Town within Westchester County, is approximately 12,000 residents (adults and children) that constitute the makeup of the two Villages. Each Village shares approximately 50% of that population. Whereas the population resides in approximately 3700 properties, the Town utilizes the Homestead Act for the purpose of home evaluation in terms of 100% full market value.
For the most part, the Town has a variety of properties ranging from single-family through multi-family residential homes and commercial operations spread throughout the two Villages.
