Each board member (5) of the Town of Pelham has a variety of responsibilities overseeing many areas of the Town Government. To define these responsibilities the following list of concerns are cited at a minimum:
- Town Government budget development and procedures.
- Town Personnel Supervision
- Town Recreation Commissioners
- Town Library Board
- Town Buildings and Grounds
- Town Constables & Courts
- Town Memorials
- Town Board of Assessment Review
- Town Interface/Intercommunication services (Municipalities)
- Town Intra-communication (Municipalities & other Organizations)
