NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PROPOSAL OF LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2023:

 

A LOCAL LAW to amend Local Law No. 1 of 2007 to increase the maximum income limits for qualifying seniors to receive the senior citizen real property tax exemption pursuant to New York State Real Property Tax Law § 467.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Pelham will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall (34 Fifth Ave.) and at this hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the proposed local law as compiled; or, against any items contained therein.
