NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PROPOSAL OF LOCAL LAW #3 OF 2022:

A LOCAL LAW CREATING CHAPTER 102 AUTHORIZING THE TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND ITS LOCAL PUBLIC BODIES TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS BY VIDEOCONFERENCE SUBJECT TO STATE AND LOCAL LAW REQUIREMENTS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Pelham will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall (34 Fifth Ave.) and at this hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the proposed local law as compiled; or, against any items contained therein.
