The Pelham Town Council voted to appoint Arthur L. Scinta as the new Town Historian. Now there is a new website launched this month and in honor of Women’s History Month, a feature shared of Dr. Janet Travell who a Pelham resident and was the first woman to serve as White House Physician 1960-64 for JFK and LBJ.
