Following on the success of Pelham’s Solarize! campaign, which resulted in 42 new solar installations town-wide, the Town and Village of Pelham applied this fall to Sustainable Westchester’s EnergySmart Homes program.

Along with New Rochelle, Ossining, and Briarcliff, Pelham was chosen to participate for Spring 2021. The program is open to all Town of Pelham residents.

The EnergySmart Pelham effort is led by a volunteer committee made up of Solarize campaign alumni, along with members of EcoPel, the Village of Pelham’s Sustainability Advisory Board and Climate Smart Communities Task Force, and other community volunteers.

Learn about air source and geothermal heat pump technology, understand how energy efficiency can save you money, and hear about the financial incentives and rebates offered by NYSERDA and Con Edison.
